Caitlin Poirier joined the Hay Design team after several years in the Ottawa residential design industry, where she specialized in kitchen and bath design. To earn her Honours Bachelor of Interior Design, Caitlin attended Sheridan College. While there, she also gained valuable experience working at one of Toronto’s premium residential design firms.

Space planning is the component that Caitlin enjoys most about the design process. She will apply this passion to one room, or an entire home, with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail. Her experience with kitchens and bathrooms has given her a unique knowledge of the intricacies of millwork and plumbing, really allowing her to customize these elements to her client’s needs. Caitlin enjoys keeping up with new trends in the design industry, and is currently working towards her NCIDQ certification to become a registered Interior Designer.

When she is not at work, you can find Caitlin hiking or camping with her partner and their husky, baking, or restoring her century home.
