Erika Shea joined the Hay Design team immediately after graduating with a Bachelor of Interior Design from Humber College in 2015. During her studies, Erika gained valuable experience working with various design firms and home developers.

Erika is passionate about interior design and broadening her knowledge and experience in the field. Joining the team full-time, Erika has been able to focus on her passion of residential design and improving her skills in a variety of areas of the business. Whether she is focusing on an entire home or a small portion of it, she gives every project the same level of commitment, thought, creativity and attention to detail. Erika strives to design spaces that reflect the personalities of the people living in them and to create a space where people feel comfortable or at home.

When Erika isn’t working, you can find her walking her dalmatian Jasper, in night classes to enhance her educational resume, participating in a variety of team sports or fulfilling her incredibly talented artistic desires to draw and paint.
