Leah is the newest member of the Hay Design Team! With a degree in Philosophy, during her studies she gravitated her focus towards philosophy of art & aesthetics, particularly the emotions that design has the ability to evoke for individuals.

Leah has had a passion for design her entire life. An affinity for composition, colour, texture, detail, and organization, is present in everything she does, from the home to the garden, to floral arrangements, and even outfit styling. A florist by trade, she has always said that in another life she'd be an interior designer – and has always been obsessed with home renovation shows. She is very excited to spend some time at Hay Design and learn from everyone around her! New to the area, Leah is happy to call Perth her home and to be able to settle into decorating, restoring, & maintaining her heritage log home. 

When not working part time with Hay Design, Leah can be found running her own small business, working in the garden, meeting with the Perth Horticultural Society, or swimming in one of the many beautiful waterways Lanark County has to offer!
